Hi, I’m Emily and I am the mind, body & soul behind Live Well with Emily. I am an online personal trainer and nutrition coach with my Bachelors degree in Exercise and Movement Science. Over the last decade I’ve spent countless hours teaching group fitness classes, training in person clients, designing online exercise programs and everything in between! I hold nationally recognized certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching & Group Fitness Instruction. I love working with women who are ready to make lasting changes in terms of their wellness, fitness & overall fulfillment in life.

I am so passionate about wholesome, well rounded, wellness, and living a life full of movement, good food, slow moments, outdoor adventures, and spending time with the people who matter most. I love personal development (in and out of the gym), trying new recipes, hiking mountains, exploring local coffee shops, doing jigsaw puzzles, and sitting on the couch after a long day with my best friend by my side.

I created Live Well with Emily after retiring my old training business: Dare To Move Fitness in an effort to reflect my transition from fitness coaching to in addition offering wellness coaching for every day women. I’m excited to share free resources on livewellwithemily.com , and on Instagram & Facebook including recipes, workouts, mindset shifts and other tips and tricks to help you live your most well life. I also offer personalized online services for those seeking that extra boost of motivation and knowledge from an expert who truly cares. Thanks for tagging along and being part of it.
